Hydrangea Bread Oven

This one-of-a-kind bread oven was wheel-thrown by hand and painted with delicate hydrangeas before being finished in a glossy glaze. Designed to trap steam while baking, it's perfect for creating artisan breads with a crisp crust and soft, tender crumb.
Like all handmade pottery, this piece carries the marks of the making process. It has a few small aesthetic firing cracks that do not impact its function or food safety. They're simply part of this particular piece's unique character.
No two pieces I make are ever exactly alike, and that's one of my favorite parts of working with clay, although the slight blemish has been reflected in the price reduction.
